The Link in the Loop at Delmar and Skinker will go before the Preservation Review Board this month with another iteration of its facade. The site plan and massing are the same as before. A building permit application has been submitted, so hopefully this is the last go around on the design and construction will start soon. The gas station and one-story building on Skinker have been demolished already.
Update 3/8/2019 – A $9.5M building permit has been issued.
