A $65,000 permit has been issued to convert 3975 Wyoming, built in 1924, from a two-family to a single family residence.
The home reportedly sold at a Sheriff’s sale this past year, with website Zillow recording a sales price of $66,000. The city demolished the garage that appears in streetview images, and the small addition is set to be removed. The current owner is listed as Recast Assoc, LLC.
