Separate from the Zoo’s new expansion plans made possible with the purchase of Forest Park Hospital across I-64 from Forest Park, the zoo is being transformed as new habitats are constructed. Completed Sea Lion Sound will soon be joined by the Painted Dog Preserve and other new habitats.
