The headline’s figurative of course, at least as far as I know, but LaHood has embraced cylcing and cyclists just may be willing to hug Ray given his latest comments:

The sad part is that this is revolutionary. Anyone venture a guess as to whether Missourah’s own Pete Rahn will ever utter such insanity? I mean Europe?
