AC Hotel by Marriott in Clayton moves forward

Plans were submitted to the City of Clayton today for the long-rumored AC Hotel by Marriott.  The 12 story, 120,000 sq ft modern hotel, is being proposed by Homebase Partners out of Bozeman, MT and designed by JNS Design architects out of Denver, CO.  Features of the $43,000,000 hotel include parking in the adjacent garage, a street-level restaurant and a rooftop bar open to the public.  The hotel will be located at 227 S. Central and replace the old Clayton Police Station that has been vacant since 2011.
