Salvation Army Midtown Rehab Project Moves Forward (3000 Washington)

Salvation Army’s $6+ million rehab of the old Harbor Light building at 3000 Washington into 58 affordable apartments is moving forward, per a recent building permit issuance. The development was one of 14 projects in the region to receive funding from the Missouri Housing Development Commission earlier this year.
