A two-family home located at 4467 Gibson in the Forest Park Southeast neighborhood will be rehabbed at a cost of $100,000 by owner Austin Barzantny. Unlike most rehabs of two-family structures in the City that convert to single family homes, this rehab will convert the two-units to four, contingent upon approval from Zoning.
