Lafayette Square to Get More Apartments (1322 Dolman)
The above linked St. Louis Post-Dispatch article is reporting that 1322 Dolman, an old factory building on the eastern edge of the neighborhood (technically in Peabody Darst-Webbe neighborhood) is to be rehabbed into apartments on the top three floors and office space on the lower level.
