Boulevard Heights is an all-new construction residential development located in the neighborhood of the same name at the intersection of Blow and Field. The development has been slowly building new homes since 2007, when it broke ground. C.F. Vatterot Construction Co. and Rolwes Homes, Inc., the developers, plan for a total of 44 single family homes and 32 townhouse units.
