Marine Villa Building Vacant for 20+ Years Under Rehab

The structure at 3408 Wisconsin, located just south of Cherokee Street in the Marine Villa neighborhood, has been vacant since at least 1989 according to city records.

Today, it is under a $210,000 rehab. The contractor is Urban Improvement Construction (UIC).

Below is a recent shot of the progress thus far.
