It’s never too early to bring awareness to the Missouri state historic tax credit program. Too often politically labeled as a handout to St. Louis, and to a lesser extent other big cities, the program has proven to be a success across the state. It’s also a smart investment, returning $2.60 in revenue to the state for every $1 invested. The program that is now emulated by many states comes under attack annually at the state house.
