There may not be much new in the video below, but it’s a nice visual representation of light rail. Now only if we could resolve the which-comes-first, the light rail or the density issue. While light rail is a wonderful mass transit solution for serving established dense urban areas, I believe that its true value is in promoting new dense urban development. So pass it on and let’s introduce light rail to anyone willing to click a mouse button.
