Dr. Chin, Ph.D., AICP, is an Assistant Professor of Urban Planning and Development at the Center for Sustainability, Saint Louis University. His research interest is driven by the intersection of land use planning, urban design, and economic development. Much of his work centers on location theory and urban spatial structure and uses quantitative and qualitative methods to help design sustainable urban communities.
