Andrew Arkills is a healthcare data analytics manager by day, and has served on the Tower Grove South Neighborhood Association Board, first as a member of the steering committee which founded the organization in 2015, as its first Treasurer, then as President, Past-President, and finally as a quadrant director. He currently is a resident of the 10th Ward and the Tower Grove South neighborhood.
