Forest Park Southeast Two-Family Sees Rehab

The two-family building at 1119-1121 Tower Grove Avenue in the Forest Park Southeast neighborhood (AKA the Grove) is under a $100,000 rehab by RJ Melroy Renovation Co., LLC.

Not too long ago, both this structure and its neighbor to the north (1115-17 Tower Grove) were vacant and deteriorating. Within sight of popular soul food restaurant Sweetie Pie’s, these two buildings made the neighborhood appear uncared for to the many visitors to the area.
