The next St. Louis Land Tax Sale is June 28th. These are properties for which the owner has not paid property taxes for four years. The owner has until the last minute to pay up, so it is likely some of these will not go for sale in the end. It’s an auction with the bidding starting at the taxes owed. If no one buys they go to the LRA.
There is one Northside Regeneration LLC Paul McKee property on the list, 2940 Montgomery St in JeffVanderLou neighborhood. $20k is owed. It appears the city demolished the rest of the church building that was already mostly gone for him in 2018 which accounts for the high bill. I’d be surprised if this 3,419 sf lot attracts a buyer at that price.
