A $3M building permit application was submitted in October by City Restorations LLC for 28 townhomes over two buildings at the northeast corner of Bruno and Forest Ave in the Franz Park neighborhood. In addition a $900k building permit application for a parking lot was submitted in November. The project went out to bidding which closed on December 2nd.
