Rubicon Corporation plans to build four new homes in the Hi-Pointe neighborhood (Dogtown). $175,000 building permit applications were submitted February 23rd. Three are on a set of lots on the 6600 block of Dale Avenue. The fourth is at 1451 Cutter Avenue. The 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath with upstairs laundry homes are 1932 square feet. The list price is $399k. Due to lack of an alley they have street facing garages.
The lots on Dale are 31 feet wide and have been vacant since 2011. The infill is a boon to the tax base as the land next to the infrastructure we’re liable for will now be more productive.
