The condo buildings on the 3300 block of Park Avenue are a part of the Park Avenue West development which includes dozens of new single family homes as well as three condo buildings. The condos are 1450 square feet with 2 beds and 2 baths. The lower units have the option for finished basement areas. The architect is Killeen Studios.
Park Avenue West is in the St. Louis Midtown Redevelopment Corporation’s redevelopment area. The condos likely received tax abatement. With Chapter 353 development right, the corporation is authorized to grant tax abatements. Prices start at $279k.

On Friday two $250k building permit applications were submitted for single family homes on 3500 Vista. They start at $379k. Two options are available 1800 square foot 3 bed/ 2.5 bath and 2,300 square foot 3 or 4 bed / 2.5 bath.
