Yes, it’s a 25-year transit and development vision for the entire Denver metro area. Why can’t St. Louis City, FOCUS St. Louis, RCGA, East-West Gateway, Downtown StL, Citizens for Modern Transit, Great Rivers Greenway, etc. etc. etc. commit to something similar? Who else needs to be at the table? St. Louis County, St. Charles County, Madison County, the other 90+ municipalities? Without a unified metropolitan government is anything of the sort possible?
