La Collina Apartment Building Set to Rise

La Collina Apartment Building Set to Rise

The houses are selling fast at La Collina in The Hill neighborhood. Building permits have been issued for over 20 single family homes in the development. Now the $32M building permit has been issued for the 225 unit apartment building by Draper & Kramer with 300 structured parking space as well as 80 surface spaces, or 1.69 per unit well above the city’s parking minimum. The development received a 10-year 100% tax abatement. A CID has been created to in effect take the place of the abated property tax to help fund the development and its infrastructure.

Site Plan

A rare thing is this development adds new public streets built b the developer. Wilson is extended east to a new Boardman and Ruggari Pl heading east to a cul-de-sac.
