Will Centene’s phase 2 residential tower be getting taller?

Will Centene’s phase 2 residential tower be getting taller?
Centene has submitted paperwork to the City of Clayton requesting an amendment to their Special Development District that would allow them to increase the size of the residential tower from 150ft to 215ft.  The proposed building would include five additional floors and five more units, including a full 16th-floor penthouse.  Centene and Clayco representatives will pitch the revisions for the 17 story, 37 unit, residential high-rise tower to City Planning Committee on April 2nd. No cost estimates or timetable was given for subdistrict 2c. Subdistricts 1 and 2a are currently under construction.
