A building permit has been issued to construct a new home on a vacant lot located at 2629 South 11th Street in the Soulard neighborhood. The permit amount was for $110,000.
The design received preliminary approval at the August 2013 meeting of the City’s Preservation Board. The renderings of the project below are from the Cultural Resources Office’s (CRO) review of the site prior to the meeting (see the agenda here and scroll to page 21 of the PDF). Some design details may have been tweaked prior to issuance of the building permit, following subsequent review by CRO staff.
