A new single family home will be built on a vacant lot at 4357 Washington in the Central West End by X3, LLC. The permit amount is $250,000. This home will join another new home under construction two lots to the west that we reported on a few weeks ago.
X3 has already built several homes on the 4300 block of Washington, and it is expected the new home will be similar to the others (shown below). The new building at 4357 Washington would sit just west of the building to the far left in the picture below.
