A mixed use building at 3612-14 Hartford just off of the popular South Grand strip will soon see a $150,000 rehab by owner Tran Property Investments, LLC.

South Grand’s Facebook page has been teasing that “announcements will be made soon” as to the commercial tenant of the building. We will post that information here when we receive it.
