New Single Family Home Coming to the Central West End (4365 Washington)

A new single family home will be built at 4365 Washington in the Central West End by X3, LLC. The permit amount is $150,000.

X3 has already built several homes on the 4300 block of Washington, and it is expected the new home will be similar to the others (shown below).

The new home will be built on a vacant lot to the west of the leftmost home in the above Google Streetview capture.
