Two new single family homes are under construction at 5785 and 5797 McPherson in the Skinker DeBaliviere neighborhood. The homes are located on a block in the far eastern portion of the neighborhood that had witnessed substantial demolition and subsequent waves of new infill construction. The owner/contractor for the project is the McPherson 2001 Land Company, LLC. The permit amount for both houses was $110,000.
