Two new single family homes are being constructed at 7034 and 7038 Mardel in the Lindenwood Park neighborhood. The homes are a part of the Lindenwood School Redevelopment. In this development, the old Lindenwood School was rehabbed into 20 lofts, while several new homes were constructed behind the old school.
The construction of these two new homes will leave five lots left to develop.
