Rehab Work Picks Back Up at Benton Park Mixed Use Corner (3300 Lemp)

A rehab of a mixed use storefront building at 3300 Lemp in the Benton Park neighborhood has resumed.

In 2010, the neighboring residential building (3302-04 Lemp) was fully rehabbed, while the corner building saw the installation of new windows. Work then stopped.

Recently, the building saw a freshly rebuilt storefront, indicating rehab work had resumed. The current owner is Mid City Development, LLC. Below is a recent photograph of the building:
