A new single family home will be constructed on a vacant lot at 2112 S. 11th Street in the Soulard neighborhood at a cost of $200,000. The building permit has not yet been issued.
The proposed structure—located within the Soulard Local Historic District—received the necessary approval from the city’s Preservation Board at its monthly meeting last month.
