A corner mixed use building located at 3301 Salena in the Benton Park neighborhood may soon see a $90,000 rehab. Two rehab permits are now on file with the city: one in the amount of $50,000, issued in April 2013; and the other for $40,000, applied for this month but not yet issued. The rehab plans call for three residential units.
