A $100,000 rehab of a single family home located at 3862 McDonald in the Tower Grove South neighborhood has been completed. The developer was Garcia Properties.
The rehab involved reconstruction of the cornice and removal of most of the decorative elements, unfortunately. Also missing are the arched windows (now rectangular) and the decorative grates on the basement windows (now glass block).

In addition to the rehab, the frame home to its west was torn down to make way for an expanded side yard.
