Damaged Shaw Home to See Rehab (4031 Shenandoah)

A Shaw two-family located at 4031 Shenandoah is a conspicuously vacant home in a neighborhood that is rapidly redeveloping. Without its porch, the building is something of an odd sight. Owners Joseph and Monique Butler may soon be changing that. A $150,000 building permit application is on file with the City to rehab the building into a single family home.
