Mixed Use Rehab Underway in Tower Grove East (3457-59 Wyoming)

A $100,000 rehab by owner Patricia Maher is transforming a long vacant corner of Tower Grove East. The rehab of the mixed use structure at 3457-59 Wyoming is progressing quickly.

As a reminder of the building’s former state, below is a Geo St. Louis photograph from 2012:

You might notice that the decorative crest had fallen off the south facade. It has since been replaced, this time with a 2013 date stamp to indicate the building’s rebirth this year. The west facade retains its 1909 date stamped crest.
