A “coming soon” sign announcing the rehab of a long vacant two-family home has adorned the lawn of 3500 McKean in Tower Grove East for the better part of a decade now. Nothing has yet come.
That may soon change, as building permit records show that a $265,000 permit for a total rehab of this building has been issued to the Rubicon Corporation.
