Long Vacant Delmar Apartment Building May See Rehab Soon (4011 Delmar)

The large (and long vacant) apartment building at 4011 Delmar in the Vandeventer neighborhood just west of Midtown may soon see a rehab into 68 residential units, thanks to Low Income Housing Tax Credit approval by the Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC). A permit application was filed with the City’s Building Division earlier this month, sent for approval by Zoning prior to issuance.
