Aventura at Forest Park Phase II Permitted, to Begin Construction Soon (4450 W. Papin)

A $3.5 million building permit has been issued to the developers of Aventura at Forest Park to complete a second phase that will include an additional 102 market-rate apartments. Aventura Phase One (101 market rate units) is currently underway. It is located in the eastern and central portion of the 4400 block of Chouteau in the Forest Park Southeast neighborhood; Aventura Phase Two will occupy the rear portions of the parcel (actually fronting Papin Street) as well as the corner of Chouteau and Taylor.
