Bremen Homes, a development of 30 single family homes and 10 duplexes in the Hyde Park neighborhood, has received its necessary building permits and will presumably begin construction soon. The project is being developed by Better Living Communities and ND Properties. This project is part of a larger, multi-phase Salisbury Park development that has changed the face of the western half of Hyde Park with several waves of new construction.
The Bremen Homes will be clustered on three streets—North 22nd, North 23rd, and Mallinckrodt.
Below is a Google Streetview shot of previous homes constructed by Better Living Communities. These homes are on 25th Street a few blocks north and west of the Bremen Homes development site. Note that we do not have a rendering of the Bremen Homes project at this time, but that the homes may be similar to these shown below:
