St. Louis Housing Authority Buildings in the Tiffany Neighborhood Rehabbed (3860 Park Avenue)

The St. Louis Housing Authority has rehabilitated a series of buildings clustered at the southeast corner of Park and 39th Street in the Tiffany neighborhood near St. Louis University Hospital. The rehab cost $403,734 for the 12 units (unit count is per Geo St. Louis).

Below is a recent photo of the rehab, which restored the old storefront look to the corner building:
