The building at 1500 Washington in Downtown West is under a light rehab ($10,000).
According to the nextSTL forums, the second floor office space will be home to Ignition Tank, a small business incubator for budding entrepreneurs. The first floor will be a shared meeting space of sorts. Follow the link provided to Ignition Tank’s Facebook page, where there are photos of the interior of 1500 Washington under rehab.
