12-Unit Loop Building Under Rehab (720 Eastgate)

The 12-family building at 720 Eastgate in the Parkview Gardens subdivision, but still inside the City of St. Louis, is being rehabbed by Washington University at a cost of $800,000. The structure is just north of the thriving Delmar Loop area and is technically located in the City of St. Louis neighborhood known as the West End.

The Parkview Gardens subdivision, mostly within bordering University City, is undergoing a master plan process that includes planned residential and mixed use infill by Washington University.
