Ranken Technical College, through their community development corporation, has constructed a new home in the Lewis Place neighborhood, located at 4453 Evans.
The home shown below is actually a photograph of 4463 Evans, but the structures are more or less identical. 4453 Evans is visible in the far right of this picture in the construction phase. Ranken has built several homes of this style in the neighborhoods surrounding their campus.
