An active MLS listing shows that a new subdivision of 22 homes named “The Springs at Lookaway Summit” may be coming to St. Louis’s very northern tip, the Riverview neighborhood.
Brown Kortkamp Realty Co.‘s listing shows photos of the present site, which is already improved. As the neighborhood’s name suggest, river views are the main attraction in this part of town.
