A $50,000 permit for interior and exterior alterations at 1000 S. 4th Street has been issued to Fourth Street-Chouteau, LLC, care of StilL 630 Distillery.
Per their Facebook paged linked above, StilL 630 is:
a passionately hand-crafted distillery that will produce some of the finest whiskeys and rums the world has ever seen! We’re in the process of getting started, and we’ve still got some hurdles to clear, but we hope to be up and running in a few months!
