A commercial building located at 2714 Lafayette in the Gate District is soon to be rehabbed into offices. The developer is Lafser and Associates. The permit amount is $400,000. Tuxedo Park Leasing will be leasing the building.
Tuxedo Park has nominated the building to the National Register of Historic Places and has already proceeded to remove a stucco facade from the building with a prior building permit. Below is one of their photographs of the building post-stucco:

One of the tenants will be Spry Digital, according to the Tuxedo Park website.
When fully rehabbed, the visual transformation will be even more dramatic.
