A Look Back: 3434 Humphrey in Tower Grove East Restored

Completed in Summer 2011, 3434 Humphrey isn’t exactly a new development. But it’s worth looking back at how much it improved the face of the Tower Grove East neighborhood.

A $120,000 rehab turned this rough-looking two-family into a sharp-looking single-family.

This blog covers these small rehabs precisely because, though they’re not “newsworthy” in the strictest sense, they’re critical in elevating quality of life in their neighborhoods.
