Askins Development Group is rehabbing the rowhouse unit located at 2625 S. 11th in the Soulard neighborhood at a cost of $30,000.

Passing by the building the other night, we noticed that the beige addition to the circular entryway had already been removed. As construction progresses, we will obtain a photograph.
