Vacant Lot in Skinker-DeBaliviere Becomes Contemporary New Home (6153 Pershing)

Recently completed in Skinker-DeBaliviere at 6153 Pershing was this contemporary house, designed by Ebersoldt and Associates architect Paul Hohmann and developed by Ecourban. Landmarks Association of St. Louis awarded 6153 Pershing with a “Most Enhanced” award for 2012, an honor usually bestowed to rehabilitation work, not new construction.

Here is a shot of the vacant lot prior to construction.
