Rehab to Begin Soon at 1620-24 Dolman?

Owner Zumwalt Corporation has applied for three separate building permits, $80,000 each, to renovate the three adjoining buildings at 1620, 1622, and 1624 Dolman into single family units (each building is presently formatted for two units).
