A new commercial building located at 3822 Laclede in Midtown that will soon house a relocated Jimmy John’s restaurant is nearing completion. Jimmy John’s will be vacating their nearby store on Forest Park Avenue for this new structure located even closer to St. Louis University’s main campus.
